Bellarific Friday: Sketch Challenge

Happy Friday! Time for some fabulous card-making inspiration from our Bellarific Babes. But first, a little news…

Our RETIREMENT SALE is still on, and we have limited inventory available! All stamps available are 50% off – prices have already been adjusted, no need for a code.

We have had some emails asking if we’re closing! The answer to that is a simple NO! We simply need to retire some designs occasionally, to make room for all of the new stamps. In fact, the next release is in production as I type, and I’ll have that and more happy news for you in the next few weeks. We are also in the process of dealing with the necessary details for the EU GPSR so that we can resume shipping to EU countries.

The Cards

On to the inspiration! This week the Babes had a sketch to work with. Here it is – feel free to play along and share the results with us.

Steph created this fabulous Valentines Day card!

Jenny went with one of our adorable Tiny Townie Wonderland collection stamps for this fantastic card!

Ginger went with Easter – it will be here before you know it!

Sandra created an absolutely wonderful card featuring one of our famous Oddballs.

Such a sweet and supportive card for a friend from Michele! LOVE the paper pieced elements.

I love the way Delphine combines adorable images with a mixed media feel.

Last but by no means least, Debra cleverly repurposed the girl from one of our Amy Glatiotis Collection stamps, for this fun card. Love the splash of colour highlighting the character.

That’s it for today! Hopefully you’re feeling inspired to go and create. Don’t forget to leave us a comment below with some love for our Babes and all their hard work.

Scenic Saturday with Amybella: Tiny Townie loves to Snuggle

Hello friends!

Amy here, and I want to welcome you all back after the holiday break to the first Scenic Saturday of 2025. The snow has really been piling up since the new year began, which always makes me want to stay indoors and keep cozy. That feeling ended up being the inspiration for my card, especially when I came across this adorable Tiny Townie Loves to Snuggle in my stamp stash.

Stamps Used:

This sweet Tiny Townie, all bundled up in a big cozy blanket was giving me all the snow day vibes. She has some good books and her special kitty friend to keep her company while the snow continues to fall outside. To help showcase the weather outside I masked this Townie before stamping the large Winter Window over her. Now, this retired stamp originally comes with a large pine tree outside the window, but I chose to wipe the ink away from it which left me with the open space to add part of the Winter Backdrop stamp instead. Now she has a view of her neighbor’s house, where it looks like they are keeping cozy as well. To add the fun patterning to Tiny Townie’s blanket, I first colored a base coat using light purple and grey Copic markers, then I masked off the area around the blanket before laying a stencil over top and airbrushing a mid-tone grey over the stencil and blanket. Now it looks just like a fuzzy blanket that I got from Costco, LOL! The sentiment I used comes with Tiny Townie Loves to Snuggle and I simply stamped it on a speech bubble die before popping it up above her head to complete the scene.

Stay warm and stay crafty my friends!
