So today started with me MISPLACING (losing) my keys so I couldn’t drive to work…. THEN my computer CRASHED at work so I couldn’t log in and have to buy another one…
Today was not a good day

Hiya sistahs! Sorry for the late post
I was swindled into going on a grade 4 fieldtrip.. LOL. And what a field trip it was! The one that was MEANT for da bella. Hiking through a conservation area.. LOL.. ummmm MOI? HIKING? I was PETRIFIED.. me no likey to hikey. But it was SUCH a gorgeous fall day.. the views were BREATHTAKING.. the air was FRESH and I had 24 fourth graders to contend with..

we did have a blast I must say.. and da TYLER was so happy his mama was there..

now I had to make it a little FANCY for you.. so I took my antique brass pot (usually use a SALAD BOWL from the dollar store), out from storage to show you what I do at night and then move it to the kitchen table in the morning. My life is VEH-ERRY interesting don’t you think?
Ryan gets up in the morning and makes me my morning java so it’s ALLLLL ready for me when I collapse down the stairs with the kidlets…
In about 3 seconds, this is what my coffee cup looks like…. EMPTY! LOL
Then I get organized on the kitchen table for a GOOD round of RUBBAH CUTTING
AND THEN I check often to see how productive I am
Now is that EXCITING OR WHAT? In between cutting, I serve breakfast, read books and sign tests.. Then I journal a little bit, then cut again…
*sigh*

Our challenge today was a sketch. and a beautiful sketch at that!
We have a coupe of announcements.. Unfortunately TAMMYBELLA has had to step down from babehood as her responsibilities have been increasing and there is not enough time in the day! We totally understand that don’t we? We will miss Tammy tremendously and we all wish her lots of luck, health and happiness!
I now would like to introduce a new babe to babehood.. REGANABELLA.. I have known Regan for the longest time and once I saw her hello kitty sewing machine, I knew we were soulmates..LOL. Regan is so dynamic.. she would keep you on the floor laughing.. we know her for her “SHUT THE FRONT DOOR” statement and her talent is so inspiring.. her sewing, quilting, cardmaking, scrapbooking.. awesome. (2) shows how underappreciated artists are and makes you think about how important our crafty geniuses really are. PLEASE appreciate our artists .. without them, we would have a VERY boring world.
Another thing to share is that our secret “PROJECT” is moving along and we will have a launch date of January 13th! and I will let you know the venue so perhaps you can participate!

Hiya sistahs! Hope you had a great weekend! Well my Tyler ended up being ok.. he got a dose of a steroid that cleared him up instantly.. now we have to deal with the sleeplessness..LOL

this week is SUCH a screwed up week.. with the long weekend, the release.. STRESS!
Hope you are all having a great week so far.. I am excited for Friday where I am finally able to attend SCRAPFEST in OSHAWA as a guest and shopper rather than a vendor. I have had many emails asking why I was not going to be there. I figured I would answer here . I AM TOO BUSY!!! LOL. I always try to make time for an event such as Scrapfest.. an amazing place where everyone shares the same passion. Inspiration is OOZING. Friendships are made and remade.. I just love it.. but having just done Scrapfest in Minneapolis, I just didn’t have the strength so close in time to make Scrapfest an event that it deserves to be… SOOOOO.. Helenabella, Denabella, Angela (bella) and I-abella will be walking the show with our VIP tickets (that’s a fancy word for buying in advance) in hand and our wallets ready to be opened and just chill and ENJOY. We are so excited! So if you will be at Scrapfest and you see us wandering aimlessly, please come and say hi
So yesterday Jayden brought home a Fancy Nancy book.. has anyone read them? I have been reading them for ages and actually the illustrations look so much like our Mo Manning!.. But FINALLY, Jayden is enjoying the books and now of course, I am stuck with writing fancy words with meanings in brackets..LOL.. This phase should last only a few EXCRUCIATING (that’s a fancy word for painful..LOL) days.. then I will be done.

Next week’s theme is SPRAY AND STENCILS as a background on your page. Now it doesn’t necessarily need to be stencils.. you can use masks, doilies, punched out paper as your stencil, hmmm… lace.. anything you have! Now if you don’t have spray ink.. you can put a few drops of inkpad refills into water in a spray bottle, shake and spray away! You can even use RIT dye.. Food coloring.. Kool aid.. mix it up with water and spray away.
